Purchases on the website. When you place an order we process your name, email, phone, delivery address, the order details, the recipient’s DNI or NIE when the delivery goes to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla (the customs procedure requires it), your NIF, NIE or DNI and company name if you ask for an invoice and, if you enter it, the special price code (which identifies, where applicable, the partner centre). To limit failed attempts with codes we keep for 1 hour an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, not the address itself (legitimate interest in security, art. 6.1.f GDPR). We use them to manage the order, the payment, the shipping, customer service and, where applicable, the payment of the commission to the partner centre (which only receives the amount of its sales, not your data). The legal basis is the performance of the sales contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with our accounting and tax obligations (art. 6.1.c). We keep these data for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legal periods (for example, 6 years for accounting documents, under art. 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code).

Who receives your data. Revolut, which processes the payment (you enter your card details directly on its page; we do not see them); the carrier (Correos or InPost) and Sendcloud, the platform we use to generate shipping labels and with which you choose, if you wish, the Locker or Pack Point on the map; and our accounting advisers, for invoicing. To fill in the city from the postcode, our server queries the public service Zippopotam.us, sending it only the postcode. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Contact form and email enquiries. If you write to us with the website form or at [email protected] or [email protected], we will process your name, your email, your phone if you give it and the content of your message only to reply to you. Form messages reach us by email through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), the service we use to send them. The legal basis is your consent when you write to us and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR). We will keep these data for as long as necessary to assist you and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods.

Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as a processor and handles technical connection data (such as the IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the website. From the IP address the country of the visit is determined, only to show the website in the corresponding language and link to the Amazon store of your country; that data is not stored. This provider may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Your rights. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
