LAURUM is a brand of AURUMSITES S.L.

2. Product and price

NIACINAMIDE AURUM II, 50 ml. Price: €29.99 per unit, VAT included. You can buy up to 6 units per order. Before you pay, the purchase page shows you the total price with taxes and shipping costs.

If you have a code, a special price may apply, which you will see on the purchase page before paying.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. These destinations are outside the EU VAT territory, so the sale is an operation exempt from VAT (art. 21.1 of Spanish Law 37/1992). The product price is the same without VAT: €24.79 per unit. Shipping costs €5.00. Local taxes (for example IGIC in the Canary Islands) or customs charges may apply at destination, payable by the recipient. For these deliveries we need the recipient’s DNI or NIE, which the customs procedure requires. They are delivered to the home address only, with Correos.

3. How to place an order

You choose the quantity and the delivery method, fill in your details and press “Order with obligation to pay”. You then pay on the secure Revolut page, the institution that processes AURUMSITES S.L.’s payments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay or bank transfer). We do not see or store your card details.

The contract is concluded when payment is completed. You will receive Revolut’s payment receipt, the shipping notice with the tracking number and, with the order, the purchase confirmation with these terms and the withdrawal form.

4. Shipping and delivery times

Shipping is charged once per order, up to 6 units. Orders paid before 12:00 (peninsular Spanish time) on a working day ship the same day; orders paid after that time, or on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, ship the next working day. Once shipped, home delivery is estimated at 2 working days in peninsular Spain, 5 working days in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and 5 to 7 calendar days in the rest of the European Union. These are the carrier’s estimated times. In any case, we will deliver your order within 30 calendar days of the purchase.

Locker or Pack Point. We send it to the InPost point you indicate or, if you indicate none, to the one closest to the address you gave us. InPost will notify you when it is available and will state how long you have to collect it. If you do not collect it within that time, the parcel returns to us; we will refund the order minus the outbound and return shipping costs.

If the parcel arrives damaged, note it on receipt if possible and write to us at [email protected] with photos as soon as possible.

5. Right of withdrawal (returns)

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To do so, write to us at [email protected] with your order number or use the form in section 6. Then send the product back within 14 calendar days, to the address we will give you. The cost of returning it is yours.

Sealed product. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply to a cosmetic product that has been unsealed after delivery (art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights; art. 103(e) of the Spanish consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). NIACINAMIDE AURUM II is delivered with a transparent plastic film wrapped around the box: if the film is broken or the product has been opened or used, the return is not accepted.

Condition of the product. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning (art. 14(2) of the same Directive; art. 108.3 of the Spanish law). For this reason, when we receive the return, we will check the condition of the product, the box and the container:

• Sealed product, unused, with the box and container in perfect condition: full refund.
• Sealed product but with the box or container damaged: refund minus the corresponding diminished value, which we will explain to you in writing.
• Torn or broken plastic film, product opened or used: the return is not accepted and we send the product back to you if you ask, at your cost.

Refund. We will refund the amount paid, including the outbound shipping cost (up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), within 14 calendar days of your telling us you withdraw. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you send us proof that you returned it, before refunding. We will use the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.

7. Defective product

The product has the legal guarantee of conformity. If it arrives defective, write to us at [email protected] with your order number and we will tell you how to return it. Once the defect is checked, we will replace it or refund the amount.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned product and compare it with the rest of its batch to determine whether it is really defective.

8. Customer service, applicable law and complaints

For any question, incident or complaint, write to us at [email protected]. We reply as soon as possible.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence in the European Union. If you are a consumer, the courts of your domicile have jurisdiction.

9. Personal data

We process your data to manage your order according to our privacy policy.

You can also withdraw online with the function “Ångra avtalet här”, available in the footer of every page of laurumcosmetics.com. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email with the date and time.
